We had a bit of an emergency. We were having a new driveway installed and during the demolition of the old one, some of the brick on the side of our garage began crumbling. I called Landaverry Contractors and Ludyn (the owner) responded quickly. He said he could repair it the next day! Something came up and Ludyn was unable to come, but he had one of his crew come the next morning. Tapia arrived at 7:00 am and got to work right away. He did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier.

Working with Landaverry Contractors was an excellent experience. They replaced a gate, a portion of fence, added finished brickwork to concrete pool area steps and replaced a double layer waterfall spillway from our spa into our pool. All was preformed to my satisfaction with excellent quality.

Ludyn and Carlos did an excellent job completing a paver job that I had previously been started myself and was unable to finish. Ludyn was incredibly responsive, professional and knew what needed to be done within minutes of arriving. I appreciated his ideas and problem solving to deliver a nice, clean look. I was impressed and plan to have them back for additional paver work around the house.
