My name is Cheri, thank you for clicking on my profile!
A little bit about my me:
I have worked in the makeup industry for over 20 years. I am an expert in artistry and education (I have worked on thousands of faces).
I have been fortunate enough to work with some of the best talent and photographers in the industry. I was taught French style makeup artistry; working for two decades with prestige companies such as Chanel, Dior and Armani. I have done Artistry Education for several companies, in-store and in corporate headquarter settings. I have experience in commercial, editorial, stage, brand education, wedding and everyday makeup.
I love the creative process and making people feel and look their best! I came to San Francisco to attend Art School; when I am not painting a face I am painting on a canvas.
My goal is that you feel empowered to take on the day with your best face forward!

Cheri was absolutely incredible to work with! I reached out to Cheri to do my makeup for my wedding and I noticed immediately how professional, transparent, and warm she was. She did my bridal makeup, my mom's, and my friend/officiant's, and all three of us were beyond pleased with the results. Cheri was exceptionally knowledgeable/skilled and really listened to what each of us wanted, asked great questions, and checked in with us throughout the process to ensure we were comfortable and liked the look. She used quality products that flattered each of us individually and our looks lasted all night without touchups!
Cheri had calm energy (much appreciated amidst the chaos of wedding morning) but also hyped us all up and even brought a small speaker for music!
I can't recommend her and her work enough, thank you Cheri for such a wonderful bridal makeup experience.

I didn’t use Cheri because I needed hair and makeup and she was honest and said her hairstyling abilities were limited. I would call her again if a situation comes up

Cheri was amazing! She was quick to respond when I first submitted my inquiry and chatted with me patiently as I asked 100 questions. On the day of, she was punctual and vibrant and really helped make my wedding day prep all that more enjoyable! She was THE best!

Let me just start by saying that if I could give Cheri 10 stars, I would. Cheri did such a wonderful job with my sister's, my mom’s, and my make up for our big South Asian wedding events. It’s no small feat to successfully do make up and hair that match our colorful clothes and different personalities, but Cheri intuitively knew exactly what to do, and made us look gorgeous each day. The three of us each have very different styles and we wanted different looks for each day and she was able to do exactly what we were envisioning for our different looks. We were so impressed and felt so confident going in to the wedding. I have personally never felt so beautiful and have never loved my makeup more. I didn't know i could look like this!
Cheri also gave us great make up advice and product recommendations throughout the three days she was working with us. Not only is she the best makeup artist I have ever worked with in terms of technical skill, but she’s also SUCH a lovely and kind person. It's so important to feel a certain level of comfort with your stylist or makeup artist, and we definitely felt that. She made us feel totally comfortable voicing our opinions and making sure we loved the look every step of the way. We looked forward to seeing her and talking with her each day as she did our makeup. She was also so patient and accommodating with our time constraints, and so kind to my kids! I could not recommend Cheri more for your makeup needs. She is not only an exceptional artist but also a beautiful human being, and will make you look and feel absolutely fabulous!
