Simon is fantastic; we identified a small roof leak in all of the recent rain, and I messaged Simon not expecting to hear back immediately given how much rain we're having. I received a response back almost immediately, and he made time in his schedule within two days. He came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and took pictures from the roof to show me the source of the leak. He also advised on at home steps I can take to remedy the mold which sprouted on the walls. I trust him only to service what needs work and not to upcharge anything extra. We'll definitely be calling Simon back for any miscellaneous work around the house!
