As a pastry chef, I have many of experience providing tasty treats. I offer many types of desserts for any occasion: birthdays, quinceaneras, holiday celebrations, and much more! I love the work I do. Its always so refreshing to provide people with yummy cakes, and seeing their face bright up with joy. Being a pastry chef has been my dream since highschool. Chef Auri helped to bring my wedding vision to life! We didn't want to get a wedding cake we could never taste again, so we decided to distribute Whole Foods sheet cakes and get a faux cake instead for photos! Chef Auri had great communication, telling me what was feasible and what was not. She helped me to do a fondant covered faux cake with lace, and a section in the back of the cake for a REAL slice of cake (which was downright delicious). We nailed the photos.
