Josias is an extremely skilled contractor who really can build and repair an entire house! I am SO glad that I hired JCB (based on the many positive reviews here) initially to install a lattice wall on my outdoor deck. Not only did he do an extremely thorough job on that rather small project, but showed a dedication to craftsmanship in taking repeated measurements and cleaning up afterward. I was so impressed that I hired him to tackle a rotting threshold, which he quickly rebuilt with redwood that he cut and even painted. Today, JCB kindly reinstalled Marmoleum flooring in my kitchen AFTER the color of the first just wasn't matching the vibe of my cottage. They stayed until after 8 pm, making sure that everything was cleaned and properly finished. JCB is dedicated, professional, and affordable.
