It has been a pleasant experience so far, Ahmad is very responsive which is important to us because we value our property and wanted a property manager who can do the same. He is very knowledgeable and if he does not know something he does his due diligence to find the best answer. He knows how to communicate with trouble tenants and get the job done. We have already seen improvement to the property through his communication with the tenant. He is a great buffer between the Owner and the tenant for those who want to maintain anonymity.

Workimg with Ahmad and his team has been such a great experience for my husband and I. Ahmad's professionalism and his dedication to help landlords and tenants is exceptional. Not only are they able to help you with all the proper lease agreement, background checks and showing your property to potential tenants. His team and him go above and beyond to make this process as easy as possible for everyone. The best part is that Ahmad and his team specially Marianela, is that they are able to make everyone feel comfortable specially in explaining in detail to them in Spanish any sort of document such as contracta, background checks etc. Rest assured you are in great hands with Ahmad and Marianela.

We haven't hired him yet. Everything is still being discussed by the Board of Directors. Since nobody else responded, we probably will hire him.
Ahmad has been working for us for several months now. We are so glad that we decided to hire him. He is a very pleasant person to work with, and is also very knowledgeable. He gets things done, whereas our previous management companies didn't do much more than collect their monthly check.
He stays on top of things. He is well liked by all of our residents, which in itself is a small miracle. Our people usually complain a lot, but never about Ahmad.
Several people were 2-3 months behind in their monthly payments for quite some time, but Ahmad accomplished to get everybody caught up within the first two months of working for us. Nobody is even late with their payments anymore, which is another small miracle.
Right now, we're trying to get estimates for our fences and gates to be replaced, and Ahmad is going out of his way to get people lined up for us, and talks to all of them personally and does all of the research and comparison, so, in the near future, we can make our final decision without worrying if we made the right one.
All of our bills are paid on time, which is a first for us too. All complaints are handled quickly and are always resolved. He also either sends out or drops off our monthly statements, which are easy to read and easy to understand. I could go on and on, but I think you get the gist of it.
I can only say good things about him. Give him a try, I don't think you will regret it.

Ahmad Bdeiwi was very patient and easy to work with. He did an eviction for me and even the tenant was happy in the end. We were able to avoid court. Reasonable management fees to avoid future headaches.
