I had a great experience working with Mr. Stain Remover. He cleaned both my sofa and rug and did a fantastic job—everything looks so much fresher and brighter. He was very thorough, took his time to make sure every detail was covered, and communicated with me throughout the process so I knew what to expect. I needed three rugs, a couch, and an armchair cleaned back in September before a small get together. Sergio did a fantastic job! He was quick but still super thorough. I appreciated his attention to detail and the professional-grade cleaning equipment he used. He's also very communicative and responds quickly to messages.
