- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We may not be the cheapest but we stand by our work- It is our source of pride to deliver quality results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, our technician evaluates the project with the information provided such as photos and measurements. Then we schedule an appointment for a thorough walk through with the client to take accurate measurements and better understand your expectations/concerns. Our office assistant writes up the estimate and after you approve we collect a security deposit that is credited towards the overall balance. Finally we schedule an appointment for installation and collect the remainder of balance upon completion of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about a decade of specialty experience in the Window Industry. Prior to that I had 2 years of experience as a handyman working with property managements providing multiple home services and repair work necessary.
