I have been thrilled with my experience at Santa Cruz Core Fitness. Jaimi's assessment and placement with Lyndsay for personal training was right on, a perfect fit for me. Lyndsay is always prepared with a fitness plan with works around my injuries and towards my goals. The facilities are great as well. I'm really glad I chose Santa Cruz Core.

Santa Cruz Core Fitness + Rehab is the place to go! From the owner, Jaimi, to the receptionist, and trainers, they are all amazing and professional. They are very knowledgeable and make you feel really comfortable and positive. They are willing to work things out for you and your goals. I am just starting my fitness journey and I've never felt this great. And I've only been in for 2 training sessions. You guys need to check them out as they are expanding locations. They are now in Santa Cruz and Watsonville. You won't regret it! Also, the workouts are AMAZING!!!
