I have contracted several projects with Urban Contracting. The most impressive was a bathroom remodel that had to be completed in 1 week including some areas of subfloor. UC also completed a room makeover (walls, flooring) which included adding a bathroom and laundry station. Additionally I've had fencing installed. Always professional, work neatly and show attention to detail.

Chandler has been a wonderful partner in building and installing my fencing project. He was meticulous with the welding of the gates, ensuring powder-coating was excellent, picking great quality cedar planks and setting everything for years of use. He's respectful, punctual, kind, and a great resource to provide added insights/improvements to my ideas to create a better fence than what I had imagined. Chandler was respectful of working within the guidelines and budget for the project and everything worked perfect. The project was complete just over a year ago and I've never had to call him for any revisions or repairs.
