This was my first experience using Thumbtack. I needed someone to deep clean a vacant guest house. Naturally I chose the company with the highest rating. 5 Stars. They responded in less than a minute! They arrived the next day! Today (Saturday). They called to say they were caught in traffic but on their way. Kim was a real delight. She is from Belize and is warm and charming. She also worked for 3 hours non stop! She did a superb job and I could not be happier. Very impressed with the way they run their business, and the way they treat their employee's. Will definitely use them again, and will turn to Thumbtack for other needs as well. Thank you Cleaning Fairy for an excellent job, thank you Kim for such detailed and thorough work. You care and it shows!!
