Unfortunately, my experience was only average and I expected better quality based on her pricing and previous 5-star reviews. Pros: - She was easy to communicate with by text. - She was fairly punctual, just a few minutes past schedule. - She took the time to clean our dish drying rack and left our kitchen sink spotless. Cons: - After the cleaning, I still found dust balls underneath the furniture, streaks left on surfaces, and some brush hairs and marks in our shower tub - I left 2 kitchen bags out for her convenience, which she used but did not actually take out the kitchen garbage and recycling. - She quoted me $190 for 5 hours but tried to charge me $230 for 2-ish hours, claiming that this was the price for the first cleaning. Since she’d never mentioned the $230 before, I didn’t agree to this bait-and-switch pricing and paid her the quoted amount.
