Absolutely a five star experience in every way! Responded to my inquiry right away, and was at my door in less than an hour, on a busy Friday afternoon! She was a lovely person who went above and beyond to help me with my documents that needed notarizing. The quality of her work was outstanding and very reasonably priced. She also helped explain the legal documents to myself and my mother-in-law in both English and Spanish. Polite, respectful, friendly, affordable, and supremely professional. Ivania was amazing! Super personable as well. She was knowledgeable on how to notarize our documents and came prepared with her own pens. (I didn’t have any on me so it’s saved time having to walk up 3 floors to my apartment unit). Her being flexible to meet me same day and my apartment was great.
