Upon arrival, Jovan took ample time to go through every room and educate me , the owner, on how to prepare (set large and small stuff aside away from the carpets to be cleaned. And even helped me with heavier stuff. Then he did a good job cleaning with his truck mounted equipment and environmental friendly solutions. I would recommend him to anyone.
