I contacted MCL HVAC when my drier line came unconnected while trying to clean it (oops). The drier line runs about 25 feet under our home - thought I could do it myself, but nah - I hate tight spaces and in the end glad I hired these guys: they were not only fast to respond and professional to work with, but they also suggested I install an actual metallic pipe instead of the flimsy "accordion" style tubbing most people use: that stuff is easy to break and it also builds up lint over time (which led me to my original problem of breaking off the tubbing when trying to clean the lint ball out). These guys did a great job installing the new harder metal (I'm assuming it's aluminum material) drier pipe and they attached to the the subflooring beams so it would not come unattached next time I do a maintenance cleaning on my own. Highly recommended!

My brand new LG Washtower dryer wasn’t drying cloths properly and we didn’t understand why because we also had a new dryer vent installed less than 6 months ago. Juan came to our home within 24 hours of contacting him on Thumbtack and found so many issues with our dryer ventilation I’m surprised there wasn’t a fire. He found and fixed the issues, showed and explained his work in detail, and charged a fair all-in price (labor + materials). After a week everything is still working perfectly.
