Quality of the work done by Bluejay team in building our ADU is really good. Gerardo and the team were very responsive to our questions. The team kept the area around the main house clean and made sure all the inspections were passed quickly. I highly recommend Bluejay for home remodeling or ADU.

We worked with BlueJay Nest construction to remodel two small bathrooms. They worked quickly and diligently to get the job done and we were very pleased with the results. The crew was hard working and prompt and Vanessa and Gerardo did a great job managing the project. It was our first remodel and we had a lot to learn and several missteps in the process but Blue Jay worked with us in good faith to address issues. Highly recommend them for remodel needs.

We needed a quick remodel of our bathroom so we could list our house and found Bluejay on Neighborhood. We called after hours: Vanessa and Gerardo visited us the very next day, gave us a quote hours later and then completed the remodel, start to finish, in about two weeks. After hearing our preferences, it was so easy: they shopped the tiles, vanity, fixtures, shower doors, medicine cabinet, lights, fan, and paint and then brought the samples to us for selection or approval. Besides the flawless communication, what really impressed me about Bluejay was their crew. They showed up on time every day and worked diligently. As you would expect, there were different crew members for demo, tile, plumbing, electrics, etc. And even though the project was completed so very fast, the quality was still superb. That's why we couldn't be more satisfied and are willing to write this glowing review.

We've brought in Carlos/Geraldo for several projects, and they have been great each time. From complete Master Bedroom/Bathroom remodels to refinishing drywall in our "gym" (converted part of the garage) it has all been done to great quality and value. I recommend them without hesitation to friends and family and can't be happier we've finally found an honest and reliable contractor.The largest project to date was an update to a 1970s bed/bathroom. Basically a complete gut job that moved plumbing, electrical, installed wall/ceiling tiles (huge 4'x2' on the floor), added several new windows (shear walls updated to code), wall hung toilet, pocket door, new floors, baseboards, moldings, you name it, we did it.The master suite is completely unrecognizable and we get compliments on their work all the time.
