Jose was so warm and an excellent communicator. He added a disconnect panel for our upcoming mini split AC install. Such a pro, he knew exactly what to do, was flexible in creating a plan, and did not cut corners. He worked efficiently and effectively and had very fair prices. Jose purchased and installed a bathroom exhaust fan for me. He first came by and measured to see which type I needed, went to the store to buy it, and then installed it. While doing the job, he noticed that it had been built to vent into the attic instead of outside the house, which is completely wrong and could damage our house if left that way. I appreciate him letting me know instead of just doing the job I hired him for and leaving. He was easy to communicate with, cleaned up after he was finished, and charged a fair price. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again. In fact, once the weather gets better, I'll be hiring him again to fix the vent.
