- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have worked out any questions the customer has regarding the class. We will inform them of the price. Once agreed upon we will send over our contract to ensure everything is correct and both parties know what type of class and expectations are requested. We do ask for a deposit to secure the date for your class. Our instructors show up 30-45 min early to introduce themselves and get the class and materials set up for class.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a full time Firefighter/Paramedic for over 10 years. I have performed CPR in real life in many circumstances. I have been a certified American Heart Instructor for over 10 years. I feel my team and I are able to give realistic situations with our training and real life experience to our customers on what to do before during and after 911 comes to your aide.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We love to teach everyone! even if you are not in the healthcare system. We love to point out how you are the ones that truly save a person's life before Firefighter, Paramedics, and EMT's arrive. you give that person a real chance at life.
