My pricing is fair and transparent. I provide free estimates before starting work. Parts and labor are always listed separately so customers clearly see what they pay for. I don’t have hidden fees. Discounts may be available for repeat customers and larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen to the customer’s issue and gather details. Then I schedule a convenient time for diagnostics. After identifying the problem, I explain the repair options, provide an estimate, and answer any questions. With approval, I complete the repair quickly and make sure everything works properly before finishing.

I have over 15 years of experience in refrigeration and appliance repair, including professional training in HVAC systems. I hold certifications and licenses in refrigeration and have worked with both residential and commercial equipment. My background ensures accurate diagnostics and high-quality repairs.
