Danny was the first to respond. We were able to set up a time that was very soon. He came and checked out my printers and said he was 90% sure he could get my laser printer back running. Danny asked if it was okay to take the printer to his workshop as he was going to have to take it apart. He sent a text that evening that the error code was gone and the printer running. Then, Danny returned the printer the very next morning. Thank you, thank you, I was afraid I was going to have to replace it!
