My couch was filthy! Now it's not! It smells and looks oh so much better! The tech was late and seemed to have some issues with his machinery. There are definitely spots on the couch that are cleaner than others. But it's hard to always see where you already cleaned or missed. It's not a big deal. The price was fantastic. I got a full sectional and 3 upholstered bar stools cleaned for 220$, and that's a great price! Would definitely use again!

Cleaned the used sofas we were gifted fairly well. Didn’t have a vacuum and still smelled a little like “grandma”, but he got the smoke smell out. Not sure they’re totally like brand new clean though. He also shorted our electricity so we had to reset the fuse when he left, but I’m overall satisfied. Nice and on time.
