We just had Pure Planet Plumbing upgrade us to a tankless water heater, what a difference. This was the best plumbing service I’ve ever had, no doubt about it. The crew was professional and clean, they wore shoe covers inside and left the place spotless when they were done. Everything works perfectly and the install was done same day. With the hard water here in Burbank, a softener is next on the schedule now that we found our go to plumbers!

Greg from Pure Planet came by and showed us that the water regulator for our house DID NOT need to be replaced. It saved us $900! For the past 6 years we replaced our regulator 3x at average cost of $800 each time because we were told by our “trusted” plumber that the water pressure was too high and that the regulator needed to be replaced. Sad to say, that we were getting ripped off. Thank you Greg for being honest.
