Hello, Los Angeles! "No Place Like Home" Home Services is back. Operating throughout the Southland, we will organize your home, business, garage, attic or storage unit in no time flat. For aspects of a more balanced lifestyle, our services include Decluttering and Deletion, Installation of Organizational Systems, Packing / Unpacking and light Handyman work. We also offer our... From "For Sale" to "Sold" -- We Got You Covered Package. This is an all inclusive service if you are moving within the Southland. The product bundles all of our resources making the transition of moving into a new home as effortless as possible. We know there's a lot to think about when selling your home, so we break it down into four manageable steps: Declutter, Stage, Pack, Organize. Easy breezy, right? First we Declutter. Anything not coming to your new home, we manage the deletion process. Garage Sale, Donations, Estate Sale- bam! Second we Refresh, Depersonalize, Stage and Maintain. Our handymen do improvements. Using what's already in the client's home, our designers prep the home so any potential buyer walks in and thinks "I have to live here!" We maintain the look with our "Day of Showings" cleaning service -- a quick dusting the day of makes all the difference. Third we Pack, Purge, Clean and do the physical move itself. This makes the transfer to the new owner as smooth as possible. And lastly we Unpack, Organize and Finesse. We'll install new systems of organization, shop for any furniture that needs replacing and design the space to be your ideal home. Voila! We also offer a $250.00 consulting option. BP Mendoza, the Founder/Owner, can come to you and find a solution that works for the client that the client can implement themselves no problem. All of these services can be mixed or matched to suit the client's needs. And lastly, here at No Place Like Home we understand times of transition or change can be challenging. For that very reason, we have a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist on staff to provide Life Coaching support in your time of major life transition. At "No Place Like Home" Home Services, we focus on organizing your space to maximize your home's true potential. We strive to reduce the chaos of a cluttered existence. Reach out to the Team and let's get you to where you want to be. - For scheduling purposes, there is 2-day advance booking policy. - There is a mileage fee of $0.70/per mile to the job site as well as any mileage accrued while on the job. - 48-Hour Cancellation Policy is 20% of the cancelled day's projected earnings. - We do require a 4-hour daily minimum. I have used Brian Mendoza's services several times and each time he has surpassed my expectations. I hired Brian to help me decluttter and reorganize my downsized home. We worked together to pare down 30 years of accumulated stuff. He helped me prioritize and discard. He also utilized what I already owned. He always took my ideas into consideration and helped me dial into what was important. He cleared my space and then shopped for more efficient furniture, cabinets and decorative storage containers. He assembled Ikea pieces, placed furniture, hung artwork and then restocked the new furnishings with essentials and keepsakes. My reorganized home was a delight to live in and easy to maintain.
