Yuri went beyond my expectations and would highly recommend him if you need your air conditioner to be repaired or maintained. Like Murphy's law, our air conditioner was acting strangely and at times only blowing hot air during the worse heat wave, but Yuri came by almost immediately after I contacted him. He initially thought it only needed to be cleaned (because air was still blowing out) so did so, and the air conditioner did start to WORK but unfortunately the system stopped working the following day. Worried (as it would be 112 degrees), we reached out to Yuri again and he came back that same evening to fix the root cause of the problem for a reasonable price, too. Thank you Yuri for being so responsive and prompt when we needed you and we appreciate your professionalism and honesty (by not trying to oversell us) throughout this entire ordeal.

Yury is absolutely fantastic! We had been using Bell Brothers for years. But, when our unit starting making a weird noise, they wanted to replace our entire unit for $30k, which we knew wasn't right. He got in touch with me very quickly and was able to come to our house within 30 mins to fix our A/C (when other companies were more than a day out). He knew exactly what the issue was and was able to resolve it within an hour (for just a few hundred dollars vs. $30k). We now have cool air blowing and have great peace of mind. We will refer everyone we know to him!
