We thought the process of getting a quote by sending pictures worked well. And, we got helpful options e.g. us or them packing. On move day, our 2-man move team arrived at 9:30am, which was a welcome 30 minutes early. Throughout the day we were continually updated by them and their back office with ETAs via email and texts. This was really helpful. Our move team lead Mike was great. Extremely helpful, capable and calm which helped calm my hectic day. Every time I asked for extra help (e.g. I needed help getting curtain rods and a heavy articulating TV wall mount down) Mike was ready to help. He even helped me move fragile items I was transporting to my car. This was a godsend to me. They arrived at the destination at 4pm and our movers never slowed down even after a long day. When Mike could have called it a day (I was whooped by 8pm) he said "Do you mind if I unload this wardrobe box". He clearly wanted us to be happy and was willing to go the extra mile. For this move we packed most of the items to save some money and this seemed to work well. But, they packed e.g. the wardrobe boxes and carefully wrapped the bureaus and TV. On the other end Mike reconnected the TV to make sure it still worked. We plan to use them again for a bigger move and there we will have them do the packing.

I have moved many times I can truly say this was the first I've been 200% satisfied. I was happy from beginning to end. I was out of state shipping from Los Angeles to Miami. Did everything via phone and text they made it so easy I would recommend them many times over. The best movers in the LA area hands down.

I can't thank Mike and Shaw Packing and Moving enough. What a top notch professional Team! I had never hired a moving company before and was faced with coordinating a long distance move for my elderly parents. They relieved ALL my stress! The front office not only provided excellent customer service during my research, but assisted throughout the move by keeping in close contact during the two day move as well. My move Team was just as exceptional! They arrived as scheduled, took the time to walk me through everything and were extremely hard workers. The cost was also the best value I found! NO weight estimating! Customer service, professionalism, and integrity are certainly a big part of this Company's values and it showed in everyone I came in contact with. I highly recommend Mike and Shaw Packing and Moving, you won't be disappointed!!
