- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every quote includes the truck, two movers, equipment, loading, transport, and unloading. Stairs and heavy items are factored in ahead of time so there are no surprises. A 30% deposit is collected at pickup to secure the date, and the remaining balance is due at delivery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking for a list of large or heavy items so we can bring the right equipment. Then we provide a flat, all-inclusive quote. On moving day, we show up on time with the truck, load and secure everything carefully, transport, and unload at your destination. The goal is a smooth, stress-free move from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience handling residential and long-distance moves across Northern California. We are trained in safe lifting techniques, and protecting furniture during transport. Years of practical moving experience mean your items are handled quickly, efficiently, and with care.
