Zack came out and balanced my 17' ceiling fan. He was professional and was very reasonably priced. While he was at my house I asked him about my address light which wasn't working and he advised on how to fix that as well. I will be using Zack again.

I would have checked all categories if it would have been permitted. Zach has helped me on 2 occasions. He upgraded my breaker box to safely deliver 220v charging to my EV. In addition, he recommended and later installed a whole house surge protector, something I was unaware was needed to avoid potential damage to my electrical devices which included my EV during charging. What I really appreciated was he recommended I do some research about the issue and make a decision for myself rather than the type of “education/scare tactics/sales pitch” approach I am far too familiar with. I did my research and he was right. Zach ran electrical lines in my daughter’s house to allow for individual room air conditioning in a recently purchased house. The alternative was a $40,000+ whole house unit. In the midst of a heat wave he immediately helped them to provide separate room cooling for a 5 and 1 year old. Zach also provided troubleshooting assistance over the phone (free of charge) to a friend of mine, restoring power that had been interrupted. As a vulnerable widow, I felt more than comfortable recommending him when she asked me for help. In all instances I have found Zach to be kind, fair, and trustworthy. I would settle for nothing less when it came to our daughter, son-in-law, and our grandchildren.
