We received three estimates and Colorado Finishes were right in the middle. What I liked about these guys, they provided a line itemed estimate and we knew exactly what was included in the estimate. The first thing they made clear was that a permit would be pulled and they did the work to code. Other pros that came out didn't talk about permits and one of the others specifically said he couldn't pull a permit. During the work, they passed inspections on the first try and I was impressed with how they kept us informed the entire remodel. We had a bedroom, bathroom and Kitchenette added. It turned out amazing! Thanks guys!
