- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give every customer locked-in, all-inclusive pricing—no surprise add-ons. Quotes include materials, professional installation, and cleanup. If we miss our promised completion date, we pay $200 per day until the job is done. We occasionally run seasonal promotions, but we never cut corners or use bait-and-switch pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free In-Home Design & Measurement Visit – We bring samples, measure precisely, and check subfloor conditions. 2. Transparent Proposal – You receive a detailed scope, clear timeline, and locked-in price. 3. Scheduling & Prep – We order materials, confirm delivery, and keep you updated through text/email. 4. Expert Installation – NWFA- and Schluter-standard crews complete the work, followed by a full walk-through. 5. Lifetime Performance Guarantee – We stand behind every floor and remain your service partner long after install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead installers and project managers hold NWFA hardwood certifications, Schluter tile waterproofing certifications, and manufacturer-specific training for every product we carry. We also maintain OSHA safety certifications and ongoing continuing-education credits for new materials and techniques.
