- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel, set up and tear down are included! The only extra fees are when payments require these apps: PayPal ($8) or Square ($8). Payments via check or cash, no fee. We require half down to book the date and remaining balance day before the event or upon arrival at event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require deposits to book the event date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
