- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is very simple I start at $65 an hour then it goes to 130 there is a difference in weight and type of material I would haul some things are lighter so it would cause a flat price something for heavier so I charge more as a flat fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my typical process of working with new customers is that when I call you or you call me for a quill I will ask you for photos just so I can have a good understanding around the pricing that you will be looking at and then when I show up I will give you a breakdown of what I will do and how much it will cost for me filling up my entire truck because the dump fees is what I take care of you get a flat fee
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my education of this field was working construction in a mix of moving company so I know how to load a truck full so the customers get their full dollar amount.
