I recently adopted a dog who anxiously ripped our carpet one day. I reached out to Alberto and he was able to come over the next day. He gave me great feedback regarding the state of our carpet and the best solution to move forward. He was able to replace an entire section of flooring in a linen closet and repaired the damaged carpet and padding. He also repaired a snag in our carpet runner! Alberto also quoted us decent prices for carpet cleaning, and will likely reach out to him to do a cleaning in the future. I hope our pup does not cause any more damage, but if he does, I would definitely use Alberto again for a repair! The first picture is of the damage, the next two pictures are the pictures of the repair and the last picture is the carpet he replaced in a linen closet.
