I could not be happier with Esmeralda’s Cleaning. We had another cleaner cancel and needed a same day deep clean of an apartment that I’m moving into. They responded quickly and showed up on time. The cleaning results are terrific! They were thorough, detailed and efficient. We thought we were going to need to repaint some areas, but Esmeralda cleaned those surfaces so effectively that we no longer feel that need. Communication was clear and easy and I’m looking forward to monthly cleans once I’m moved in. Anyone looking for a thorough clean that is easy to coordinate should 1000% contact Esmeralda.

I could not be happier with Esmeralda's thorough cleaning of my apartment. She was so helpful, so hardworking, and went out of her way to please. She comes across as a very sincere, honest person who takes pride in her work and asked repeatedly throughout the process for me to go back over the work they had completed and to point out anything that did not meet my standards. When the cleaning did not require some aspects of work that had been included in the estimate, she reduced the actual charge! I was so pleased with the results that I have now established a regular schedule for them to maintain my apartment, an idea I had considered but was reluctant to commit to prior to the initial cleaning.
