The technician was outstanding! My issue is with the company: - misrepresented the work to be done - did not speak with me directly when there was a conflict or misunderstanding - showed up 2 hrs. late (did not respond to my return calls) - expects tech. to field issues and not the manager/field office - I wanted to pay by credit card; was told by tech. they he “couldn’t get a hold of his office to confirm”; then was able to when I pressed Very disappointed in this company.
