- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In every project we try to be fair on prices and discounts, but, the most important think is, we always are open to negotiate, so if the budget is short we will try to be close for help at our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, we do a meeting to know the client and what is the idea on them projects, with that we can be in the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Like a pro we have different certificates, training in customer service, paint, electrical, furniture in some brands but much more!
