Amazing! I hired Chef Eric for a private lesson for my wife and I. My wife is 5 months pregnant and very nervous about raw meat and kitchen sanitation. Eric’s culinary background and personal history were the perfect tools to put my wife at ease. Chef Eric was great to work with. I asked for a meal that would get us out of our comfort zone and allow us to practice proper sanitation. He provided several options in a detailed email, with very detailed lists of what skills each meal would allow us to practice. I selected cheese stuffed chicken breasts with rice pilaf and sautéed squash. Beyond delicious. I wish I could cook every meal with a professional chef at my side!

We had Eric come to our house and cook for my mom’s 70th birthday. All of the food was excellent! We had a cheese charcuterie board app, shrimp in butter/olive oil app with home made bread, and then short rib ragú! We would highly recommend him

Chef Eric really listened to what I was going for, and was able to hone in on what kind of experience we were looking for. The food we prepared was so delicious, and will definitely make again, and maybe after a few more lessons, we will be able to adjust it and take what we learned and apply it to other dishes. If you're looking for a more hands-on, interactive experience, I would strongly recommend Chef Eric.
