Ive worked on and off with Tanner for 8 years. He is a no nonsense trainer who sets you on a course for success. The mentorship doesnt end when you leave the gym, he ensures you have the exact exercises for each day you workout alone. Ive not seen results with any other method of training or trainer that compare to the results achieved under the guidance of Tanner.
