Initially, I was impressed with Alfredo and his team's communication and the quality of their work in removing and retiling my shower floor. However, after the grout dried, I noticed a couple high spots. I reached out to Alfredo for assistance but did not receive a response. I recently tried contacting him again regarding the removal of grout residue without damaging the tile, and once more, there was no reply. If you choose to work with this contractor, be aware that post-job support and communication may be lacking.
