- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the space, prep work required, and finish type. We’re transparent with estimates so there are no surprises. We also offer discounts for repeat customers and larger projects. Payment options include cash, Zelle, and Venmo
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to understand the project, budget, and timeline. Then we provide a clear estimate. During the job, we protect your space, communicate progress, and only consider the project finished once the customer is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am EPA Lead-Safe Certified for handling lead paint safely, especially in homes with children. I am also a Home Depot Authorized Installer, which means I’ve passed background checks and completed professional training through The Home Depot.
