Erik was very courteous, respectful and transparent. He explained everything he was doing in a way that I could understand, and explained the risks with likelihood and potential consequences. His methodical diagnosis, understanding the symptoms and determining the root cause on my first central hvac unit was so impressive that I hired him to the do the service on both my central hvac units on the spot. Erik will be on my speed dial for sure and end up being my first call for all future preventative maintenance and unplanned work. On a side note, Erik is very dog friendly which is a huge plus in my books…my trust level increased in him during initial meet and greet just from his kind and friendly demeanor towards my dogs.

Contacted Eric through thumbtack inquiring about their services. About 15 ISH minutes later I had an appointment scheduled for two hours after that. Lightning fast response times lightning fast service times. I had someone with Xcel energy at my home to repair a gas leak on the outside of my home. XL energy states that I also had a leak on the inside of my home with my furnace. Eric shows up to take a look and I’m gonna repeat this several times because it’s that important honesty, honesty, honesty, honesty, honesty! This dude could’ve taken me for thousands of dollars if he wanted to. Instead, this dude looked me in the eye, shook my hand, respect by the way, dude for that thank you and said I am happy to tell you that there is absolutely nothing wrong. He checked several times to make sure that there were no mistakes. And we sent him on his way happy to pay the $29 service fee. Thank you so much for your honesty, you are service to our country, respect.
