They came out quickly and were clearly very competent. I asked 10 questions about the condition of my hot tub and asked if I should replace the cover, two filters, three headrests, change the chemicals I use, etc. All of them were opportunities for him to upsell me into something new. He passed on all and said it wasn’t necessary yet. Maybe next year. All I needed was a chemical balance to make it usable in a few hours after he was done. In the end I hired them for a weekly service against their recommendation that I only need to hire them for a bi-weekly service. I don’t mind the small difference in cost for a perfectly maintained and clean hot tub that my family and I can enjoy year round.
