I needed carpet stretching in 2 rooms so I reached out to Royal carpet installation after finding him on Thumbtack. I was contacted immediately and offered to stop by the same day in the late evening. He offered to do the work right there and then. Excellent job, we are very pleased! We will contact him again if the need arises in the future.

He showed up 6 hours late and then dropped off the worker at my house, so when he was done he had no ride home. Told them what materials I had and agreed upon a price, and he repeatedly asked if I had materials I informed him I didn't. Then he tried to charge me more for materials I told him he would need to provide. They don't value your time.
