Hello, and Thank you for considering Eric Engberg Construction. I started in the construction industry in 1977 working for a home builder and moving on to the commercial construction industry. I rose up through the ranks and eventually became a superintendent for some of the larger construction companies in the Denver area. I know what it takes to complete the larger projects as well as paying attention to detail. I started my own company in 2009 and have been busy since that time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always provide the customer with an onsite consultation and provide a free estimate. Customers can provide materials themselves or I can provide it for them. Being a veteran of the Marine Corp myself, I will do a 10% discount for veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to meet with every customer but I know that sometimes it is better for the customer to find out something about me before they are willing to meet with me in person. I will always try to do my best to talk with them about their project and provide answers to their questions over the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Warren Center while I was in high school in the carpentry program. I have an associates degree in solar energy technology from Red Rocks Community College. Over the years, my education has been on the job training through the carpenters union. I also have a 10 hour OSHA certification.
