Vivre Residential was hands down the best experience our family has had with contractors. We own an older home we have done lots of remodel work on. Previous contractors have been... challenging. Eric and Sam from Vivre however were so kind, caring and professional they have cemented a permanent customer for any future projects. We were converting a dingy converted garage to an office space and bathroom and not only did they finish a massive project with tons of scope creep (hello 70 year old plumbing) on time, they stayed within our budget and produced high quality, beautiful work. The bathroom is like a spa, the office space is exactly what I wanted. The crew ALWAYS cleaned up at the end of the day, including sweeping from the front door to the area they were working in. When things were going to be delayed, Eric would tell me well in advanced, for instance, we had custom transitions made, Eric would text me shipping updates frequently to keep me abreast of the situation. I have already recommended them to family and friends and will continue doing so.

We hired Erik and his crew for a bathroom remodel that included new texture on the walls, new shower tile and bathtub, toilet, vanity, light fixture, flooring and paint.
The crew showed up when they were supposed to and cleaned up every afternoon before they left. Their work is high quality and Erik kept us advised of how the job was progressing, time frame for completion and took care of the couple of minor issues that came up. I would definitely recommend this company!

We recently had an extensive home renovation, and the results are nothing short of spectacular. Every detail was thoughtfully executed—from demolition to the final touches—and the transformation has completely elevated the way we live and entertain.
We replaced all the outdated flooring—tile and carpet—with high-quality vinyl that not only looks fantastic but is also easy to maintain. Vent covers throughout the home were updated, giving everything a clean, cohesive look. The lighting updates brought new warmth and elegance to every room, with a beautiful chandelier, modern pendant lights, and sleek flush mount fixtures.
The kitchen underwent a major facelift with new cabinets, a stylish sink, a powerful stovetop and hood, and a stunning quartzite countertop that brings it all together. The craftsmanship here is top-notch.
For improved layout and function, the laundry and utility area were separated from the main room by installing a door. Inside the laundry room, new rolers for the washer and dryer, a proper vent, and a flush mount light were added, making the space far more efficient and comfortable.
One standout aspect of the project was the installation of two new staircases. The indoor staircase was completely rebuilt with updated treads, risers, and a sturdy new handrail that enhances both safety and style. Meanwhile, the backyard staircase was crafted to create safer, more inviting access to our outdoor space. This included adding a new awning and support posts—perfect for gatherings and shade during sunny days.
This team provided comprehensive service, handling all aspects including demolition, plumbing, electrical work, appliance installation, cabinetry, stairs, doors, and more. Erik and company did a great job removing a non-load bearing wall from our living room to open up the space. His crew worked efficiently and did excellent work. He removed the wall, laid a beautiful tile transition where the wall had been, and built a small dry-bar to hide some hard-to-move HVAC. We are very pleased with the results and have already gotten lots of compliments on our new and improved living space!
