Great experience working with Nathan! He was on time and went above and beyond to service and fix two gas fireplaces. He was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer my many questions and give advice on future maintenance. The fireplaces which didn’t work before are now fully functional as the weather gets cooler! I will be reaching out again next time I have fireplace needs!
