- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I dont require deposits on jobs under $5000. If i do require a deposit it wont be until i show up in day 1 and start the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet at the estimate. Will have the estimate over within 24hours. Once its accepted we will locate utilities and get it on the schedule. Depending on time of the year can get it on the schedule in 1-2 weeks.
