You also signed up for a recurring service plan, which was confirmed in your welcome email. The additional $99 fee you reference is a standard first-time cleaning fee that applies to all new homes. This policy is outlined in both the welcome email and appointment confirmation. Regarding cancellation, we thoroughly searched our records—including spam folders, call logs, texts, and emails—and found no attempt from you to cancel the appointment. Finally, as requested, we processed a full refund of $189 for the service that was not completed. We always aim to provide clear communication, transparent pricing, and reliable service. While we regret that your expectations were not met, it is important that we address misstatements so prospective clients have an accurate understanding of our policies and practices.
