The cleaning crew arrived late, and the service took nearly twice as long as originally quoted. The initial cleaning was also significantly more expensive than what I had been told. Without my consent, they put me on a recurring service schedule I never requested. On two occasions, I canceled within their stated 24-hour window. Despite having my cancellation in writing, they still showed up to my locked house. The second time, they even charged me for a cleaning that never happened. When I requested a refund, both I and my husband were ignored. They have since stopped responding to texts, emails, and phone calls. This company charged for services they did not provide, refused to communicate, and failed to honor their own policies. Stay far away—they are dishonest at best and predatory at worst. Update: After my initial review, the company messaged me to dispute my claims. I pointed out that I was in fact charged $189 for a cleaning I canceled 24 hours in advance. They then acknowledged the charge, refunded me, and apologized for the miscommunication. They stated that “And I wasn’t aware that you were charged. We have 300+ recurring customers and those services are charged automatically.”

Our team arrived at 9:37 a.m. on the scheduled service date, which was within the one-hour arrival window clearly stated in both the confirmation and reminder emails. You also signed up for a recurring service plan, which was confirmed in your welcome email. The additional $99 fee you reference is a standard first-time cleaning fee that applies to all new homes. This policy is outlined in both the welcome email and appointment confirmation. Regarding cancellation, we thoroughly searched our records—including spam folders, call logs, texts, and emails—and found no attempt from you to cancel the appointment. Finally, as requested, we processed a full refund of $189 for the service that was not completed. We always aim to provide clear communication, transparent pricing, and reliable service. While we regret that your expectations were not met, it is important that we address misstatements so prospective clients have an accurate understanding of our policies and practices.
