They were great to work with from start to finish. They provided a reasonable quote in a short amount of time, were clear about what they were doing, communicated well and the work itself is great! They even made sure that before they left that we were satisfied with the job. One Way Roofing had the fastest response of the 4 companies I contacted thru Thumbtack. They also had the lowest price. Overall impression is that they are old school, no nonsense, respond fast and do quality work. P.S. I am finding success with Thumbtack. This is the second time I have used the ap. First time was a furnace issue and found a good company that responded quickly and fixed the problem.

As noted, this fee is applied toward the cost of the repair if the customer proceeds with the work. The customer mentioned pursuing free estimates, which we fully respect, and we politely declined since our business model is different. We strive to communicate clearly and quickly, and in this case we were simply being transparent about our pricing and process.
