Can’t speak highly enough of David. We had a few days worth of projects to do getting our home ready for sale and David surprised me with his competence in a range of tasks such as scraping and re-caulking our bathroom (did a fine job with smooth and crisp caulk lines), swapping plumbing and light fixtures, drywall repair and painting, pressure washing tile, etc. David is such a polite, humble, and kind soul that I wasn’t sure what to expect. But he handled everything I put in front of him just fine. Things really took off when I got organized with a translation app and texted him a work plan for the day. Knocked everything out with time spare, so we kept going. This is a guy you want as a regular. Just an excellent value and a pleasure to have in our home.

David was excellent. He fixed three downspout pieces on the gutters for me. He also replaced both vertical molding pieces around the bedroom door and caulked the edges when done! What a relief to finally get that done. Cleaned up the work area after. Was friendly and professional the entire time. I WILL call him again!
