How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off in public accounting doing tax and audits of small and medium sized business. After 7 years in public accounting I moved to San Francisco and spent 3 years working in private industry at a software company. When I moved to Denver I decided to start my own business as the outsourced accounting function for small and medium sized businesses that needed a controller/accounting advisor on a part time basis.
